I thought this looked shady. I think everyone else should have a look. Notice it doesn't saw 225 or 180.

Maybe will fit a 180, but comparint that to http://www.42draftdesigns.com/catego...25downpipe.htmit doesnt look like it has the proper bends for 225 fitment, just a guesstimate. could ask the seller, if he says it will fit, and it doesnt, well call your card company/paypal and just get it refunded. caveat emptor

 

beelte's, golf's, jetta's, gti's, audi 180 TT FWD's, etc. - all will fit this 1.8T DP.

It's also a damn good downpipe. It's one of those gems you find on eBay among an ocean of crap. Lots of people run those on MkIV VW's on the Vortex 1.8T forum and they work great.

 

it doesn't say how large it is... anyone have a guess? 2.75" or 3"?

 

All 2 peice dp are 3" and then taper of to stock size on the second part. I have the same style dp on my car and fit and works well.

 

Anyone seen a trustworthy ebay dp for the 225, or is 42dd (or custom ) still the only real option

 

42dd and full apr turbo backs are the only 225 option
