Default Ebay Replicas

After some searching on this forum... I see that it is not recommended. Some say it was not worth it, some just say don't do it. I know these rims are not as strong as OEM, but can anyone give me more info. Is it a given that they are going to bend? Do they only last a certain amount of time? All my driving is on the highway, and even though I am in new york, I cannot remember the last time I hit a pot hole.

I have a red TT coupe, so I want gunmetal, but didn't want all of the rim to be gun metal, so thats why I like these. Let me know what you think. I called these guys and they said they have these in 5x100.

Thanks for the reply. I visted their site a few times...

These are the only 2 I would consider. They are twice the price and IMHO, don't look as good. The reason for my post is to see if I should spend twice the amount for other rims, such as these. Can anyone provide more info on these ebay replicas, or an experience they had with them? Going the ebay route is not something I wanted to do, nor a route to save money, I just love those rims.

TIA

Yeah, we're 5x100, those rims wouldn't fit, but they are pretty cool looking.
