Default Exhaust question.

Hello all.
I've been wanting to get an exhaust system for my car latlely, and I'm wondering which exhaust for the 180 tt sounds the best. I'm looking for something that isn't too loud but isn't to quit. And if I can make the exhaust a dual outlet, instead of a single. Video/Audio clips would be helpful! Thanks!

I'd take it to an exhaust shop and get a quote - the aftermarket exhausts are ridiculously priced for TTs and shops will usually give you a better setup for less $$$

If you dont have awd, you cant really have a good dual setup. If you do have a quattro car, just get a blueflame/forge, they are 2.75" and are reasonably quite.

If you want loud, either replace the resinator with strait pipe or if possible, remove the cat if you still want it to be louder. Or you can just have a full 3" made with just a magnaflow strait through muffler.

So I cant have a dual exhaust setup? =[

Well, I saw a couple exhausts setups for the TT. and wow are they expensive.
I think if I do a 2.5" turbo back exhaust with magnaflow highflow cats/muffler, that'd be much better.

i'm running a 2.5"neuspeed cat-back with a straight pipe welded after taking out the resonator. sounds good. soon 3" DP to high flow cat. best part i like about this exhaust...

single tip > dual tip
