After seeing the exterior pics of the new TT I'm thinking about saving up the extra cash for it eventaully instead of saving for a new A4. Looking at interior pics it appears the nav system isn't in color, wtf? Also why the analog climate control? If I have to come down to choosing the slower car with more space + a better inteior + cheaper price compared to the slightly better looking + faster car I'd probably take the A4. What do you guys think?

 

I concur, non color nav/analog controlls.... I thought we got past that in the late 90's ....I think the 08 model will have a color nav....I dont believe it will be a good seller with non-color nav/analog controls.... we will always have the customers who will " buy it just to be cool " ...but real car enthusists will look at it and laugh... i'd put money on it, that the color nav/analog to digital will be one of the larger gains between the 07/08 models.


Sometimes we wonder what these guys are thinking!?! ..either way I love my TT

 

Hmm I don't remember if it was the 07 or 08 but one of them have a 3-D navigation....

 

I'm probably gonna take some heat, BUT...

I really prefer the styling of the Mk1 to the Mk2. I think the Mk1 is more unique, more "styled" and less "compromised" (like the OLD 5-Series to BMW's launch of their new 5-Series Intergalactic Space-Cruiser).

I know the topic has been done to death, but I'm venting.

 

Whats 3d nav? Do you guys think color nav will be available as an option?

Theres alot of people who think the Mk I is a more attractive car, I'm one of them. I had a guy the other day say my car should be going up in value after seeing the new TT.
