so i just bought my first audi its a 1991 audi coupe quattro. im pritty happy with it its in excellent shape and picked it up for only 5 grand with 101,000 miles on her.onething i dont like about it is when you turn on the radio you can hear a high pitch noise i thought maby something was wrong with the speakers or something but when i talked to a friend who owns an audi she said her 1988 90 did it. but other than that i love it. do any of you out there know why it makes that noise.

Could be interferance with the remote or power cable to close to the ground if it is aftermarket. You also could be hearing the alternator if it is a winding noise.
