i think they would look awesome had the HIDS been in or been more blue to match the LEDS.

lolllll that isht belongs in a computer. I love the R8's lights, but those are poorly done and thus, tacky IMO.

I dont think its that tacky......if you look at the upcoming tt-s,it has that LED strip in the exact same place... factory.I do think it could look better or be more professional looking but it doesnt help that the audi tt its on is dirty and not as clean as some of the others on this forum.Wonder what it would look like on a jet black tt

If they weren't as bright/the xeons had better color it would look good.

I'd be interested to see this done properly.

they are 12V, so they should plug right in to the signal source right?

Jeff Bipes over on AW used to make LED conversions, quit though, as they were expensive (used a TON of LEDs), and for whatever reason, kept burning out.

thing is you can buy factory audi a6 LED strips...so the reliability on that would be better then someone in their basement making led strips from scratch.I would love to see this done right...seeing as all audis will have full front and rear LEDs in the next couple of years.I think the lights on the tt are starting to look dated.
