front bumper??
ok, i just did this so i will do my best to let you know how.
1) Jack car up and remove front wheels
2) Remove the plastic fender walls in the wheel wells with a T25 Torx drive
3) pop hood and remove the plastic covering over the base of the enging bay(the very front two long pieces) and remove the bolts that clamp the top of the bumper down with a T30 torx drive
4) remove the bottom panel undernieth the engine with T25 torx drive
5) remove the bolts that attach the bumper to the fender(just undernieth the headlight assembly i believe), i forget what size socket you will need, but you will definitly need an extention.
I think thats it, I advise having a partner to help remove the bumper slowly and carefully to prevent damage.
if you are doing this to remove the headlights make sure you keep them in the same position because you don't want your beem hight going to high or low when your headlights are on.
if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Just make sure to level them once you get the new one installed. Unless you have a vag-com cable, this is something you should take to the dealer. The lights are auto leveling, but they need to know where level is to start with, so theres a neutral point you need them to aim to before you can actually do the leveling. So basically, its do it with vag-com, or do it with the dealer.

3) I think there are 6 T30 screws under the top metal strip
4) there are about 12 T25 screws, 6 on each side, plus 2 twist off connectors on each side that attach the bottom under tray to the fenders, use a flat head screw driver and give them a 90 deg turn
5) there are 2 10mm nuts on each side under the headlights, you'll need a deep socket
6) dont forget the 2 big phillips head screws under the front bumper
and 7) on some cars there are two hidden screws, T25 I think, one on each side, that screw the far edges of the bumper to the fenders right in front of the wheel well
