BTW... do you still have it? If you do, how many miles do you have on it now?

It's still my TT, with 54,000+ miles on it. The NM TTs sold out in a few minutes when the Christmas catalog was published in 1999. I bought it from a local dealer when the original purchaser reneged. In the next couple weeks I am going to modify it for the first time: Neuspeed sports springs, Bilstein shocks, Neuspeed short shifter. Other than lowering it by 1.25 inches, I do not want to change the aesthetics that won world wide acclaim as a concept car and, later, as a production model. I like the spoiler-less trunk lid and the early control arms and never fell prey to the Audi recall. Thank you for the kind words. TTs forever!

Cool... sounds like some good mods that will improve the handling of your car nicely. 54k is very low miles indeed. Your little car is going to be worth a pretty penny one day.

Hey, sorry kids...
--I'm not out to rain on anyones parade, I just hate stuff-shirt, braggards who think that by buying a car in which someone else has "modified" or deemed "important" then walking tall because it won some sort of miniscule award is BS. No offense bro...but all you did is shell out money. You as a person had NOTHING to do with that award. Am I impressed you own model 66/100 from some lame department store designer? Honestly...no. If you think it's cool, fine, but don't expect everyone else to also....
...and yes, I bought my Audi TT used with my 9-5 wages. If you have a problerm with hard working honest people, then you have every right to hate me. I didn't win the lotto or pan-handle off rich inlaws to afford my "Nieman Marcus edition shitbox 5000"... I earned it. Sorry chummy... we're all not as rich as you. Hate me for it...please.
--Sorry I also was a little brash, but when you're information is posted everywhere on the internet saying "look at my 66/100 car" I tend to think you're a prideful, show-off, blow-hard... which I guess wasn't too far off the mark. I guess what I'm trying to say is; "Larry Guzin, you're an *******...go stroke your ego elswhere".

Oh, and SteveTT you're an ******* also. It doesn't take a "hacker" to work google...idiot. If you're proud of your ride post it in *The OFFICAL pic ***** your TT thread* that Becca started, like everyone else. If you can't find it SteveTT...try using google.
And lay off 303TT...he had an oppinion. He doesn't deserve to be personally attacked for it. If you don't like oppinions then GET THE F*CK OFF THE FORUM!

...doofuses...

This is another "drunk post" isn't it? You have an incredible nack to say the creepiest things when you're loaded. Rock on man...rock on... [sm=icon_cheers.gif]
