Question Gauge pod attachment question

Finally doing a boost gauge and I didn't want to go the route of in the air vent so I decided a pod above the left air vent with the line coming up through the small defrost ring would look pretty clean, but I'm wondering how other people who have done a gauge pod have attached it to the dash? I am struggling with just running 2 screws down through the dashboard because of the holes it would leave if I ever did something different. Ideas anyone?

Its either that or some some strong *** glue/tape which may be just as bad in the end.

I wouldn't be too concerned about two holes that could be easily patched and painted should you decide to do something else. Glue and tape can get pretty ugly upon removal.

^ see that if you want to ruin your interior in other ways than with holes or residue

After considering several options, that's what I did. The gauge has good visibility and looks racey. Living where I do, I need all the AC ventilation I can get, so closing off an outlet wasn't a consideration, and I don't really like the look. It can be easily removed and patched should I ever decide to do so.

What kind of mods do you have to do to the MkIV pod?
