Just got off the phone with Arnold, and i finally got it all together and have a good idea as to what i will get exactly
Here is the list.
T3S60-~$525.00 ext WG USD--- Spoolingperformance.com
Tial 38mm 1BAR WG ~$200 USD, possibly less could ebay it.
manifold /w ext wg
oil feed line kit
oil return line kit
T restrictor
oil pan adapter
oil return flange kit
3" SS DP to tunnel opening
Inlet piping set
630ccseimens injectors support ~440WHP no problems or 300's range AWHP with no problems(remmeber if AWD you need larger CHP to get the same WHP as the FWD/RWD) --- these #s are at 3bar BTW
mounting stud kit
T3 gasket
$1490 USD, im picking it up personally. so no shipping.
TT 225 MAF + housing. will look for it later.
Eurodyne Software Tune -- $600 CDN -- they have solved my GIAC problem.
which they will get new oem chip and replace if needed.
*****3bar****** software... guess its back to stock FPR, they could wirte it for 4bar if i keep the ****, but as per eurodyne 4bar @ much higher boost can fry your Fuel Pump if it is electric,
Eurodyne will even incorporate any existing mods that you will have on your car (mind you it will be an estimate as to the output of those components, but its better than nothing
)
I could go unitronics but i would rather support my Canadian guys [8D]and for my USA guys ... gotta rep the PAG, honestly even if ifind a price difference of 50$ or 100$ on some items, peice of mind is worth a lot more, plus i dont pay shipping when i go pickup so costs are similar.
Overall, im very happy with my work so far,
Question now becomes the following Are the TT fuel Pumps different than the 180TTs ? if so does any know the flow capacities of each pump?
where are the pumps lcoated, in tank ? external? i think i seen something about the FP being right beside the fuel filter... can this be confirmed?

You should just need a vr6/225 maf housing and not the actual maf element

The tanks and setups are the same with the 225's, but they never give the fuel pumps part #'s. Stock should be ok, but for safty sake, a walbro 255lph inline can be added for about $100 on ebay.

yea i was gonna go with the walbro, i had one on my mx6 when it was pumping 250WHP all motor. the walbro never let me down.
for now im gonna keep the stock, but id like to find out the flow capacity of it so i know how far im pushing it with the 630CC file

If you have a lower output like the fwd's, your looking at about 300hp tops and since the apr kits uses 225 pumps for their stg 3 and + kits for the vw's, im sure its more than enough for what your doing. Just need to find the parts numbers for both. Im sure a dealer should be able to give you that since vagcat doesnt or unless dave post up more from his nifty sw.
ok.. looks liek the fuel tank sits in the back of the car underneath the spare tire. where do i access it from. i probably want to change the fuel filter since i have a suspicion that it is still same as factory.
