350Z is a lot faster than a TT, at least the newer ones are.
But you can buy a TT for alot less and put 4 grand into it and have it a lot faster than a Z and probably still cheaper than the price of the Z

Oh such a sad picture... TT hiding the background, with the new toy up front. [&o]
Good luck and congrats on your new purchase!

Just think. The new TT owner is going to have the benefit of all those repairs.

I just purchased my TTQ Roadsterlike 3 weeks ago, but when I did I had seriously considered the 350Z. I had test driven both of them the same day, I had them side by side (same dealership). The were almost the same price (TT was like $1200 cheaper). The 350Z is a bit faster, but not by much.

The deal breaker for me was the interior..I seemed to get so much more for my money with the TT.350's interior was far inferior than the TT's. My wife did not like the 350, she said it was too "masculine".I think the TT has more "prestige" than the 350...just my opinion though. :-)
Agreed. The TT was all about class and I like the interior design way better. The love/hate relationship wasn't for me. I pay a little bit more per month for the Z, but at least it's a predictable expense and I feel I have a much better car overall IN MY OPINION.

o and whe a convertible and why theorange color? and its a 100k warranty until you mod it then the warrantys gone =D
I got the orange color because it's not as common. They had a red '04 roadster with half the miles, but this one has the nav system. As to why I chose the convertible, it's been something I've wanted for a while and the Z is one of the few cars that actually looks good when the top is up or down. I won't have to worry about killing the warranty because I will not mod it, at least not in the foreseable future. I'm trying to save for a house after this and I almost have enough.

We hardly knew you.
I understand and hesitated about posting my goodbye, but I read this forum very often since I purchased the TT (And will still troll around from time to time since I'm still a fan ). My technical understanding of cars is basic, which is why I couldn't contribute as much as I would've liked. It was that or clutter the place up to raise my post count. Saying goodbye here gives me a sense of closure of my relationship with the car.

The orange color is less common?! For a while, i didn't realize they came in any other color, thats all I've ever seen.

Good luck with the new car, hope its relatively repair-free.
