Default great wheel deal//wrong bolt pattern

so i met a guy at my buddies wedding that has a brand new set of 19s with tires. he had an a3. his bolt pattern was 5x112. my bolt pattern is 5x100. is it worth it to convert to 5x112 if i get a good deal on the wheels? can i have the wheels redrilled?

It depends on the offset (ET) of the wheels you're looking at, but there are wheel adapters.
Check out www.parts4vws.com for the adapters.

I had the say thing happen to me. I found a killer deal on some wheels. The guy told me they were 5x100, so i bought them. Turned out they were 5x112. So i bought some wheel adapters, they work great and sit perfectly flush with the wheel wells
