Default Hard shell aero cover for convertible? (NOT HARDTOP)

Hi,

Unfortunately this is an old part [hard shell tonneau cover] that has been discontinued. Sorry.

The guy who made them for us in Germany disappeared. Sorry.

Does anyone know if there are any other companies that make this? I really want one!

Could have sworn I saw one (silver) on eBay yesterday. Try to get a picture of it on the car. You might want to make sure the body lines look good before you jump on it. IMO, the body lines of the coupe would be hard to duplicate with a removable top.

Most of the ones you see are OEM units, but they were never imported by Audi in to the US. Even in Europe, there were only in the "early years". The hardware kits are near impossible to get ahold of, even if you do find the top. You will spend thousands to get one if you really want it.

If there is no other vendors that make one, I may have to have one custom made for me. I went to my local body shop and they will build one for me and make a mold for future Audi TT Roadsters, if there are any, that are interested. Let me know.

You should see if u can get ahold of the instrucions. There may be a PDF file somewhere that could give you a better idea of how to build/Mount it.
