i posted this on the vortex but havent heard anything back yet so i thought i would post it here.....
i want to get a set of 18" huff wheels from the MKV GTI and put them on my TT... these huffs are 112's.
i know you can get 5x100-5x112 adaptors, but do you know if this will work with this specific set of wheels?
thanks in advance....ive done custom wheels before but never with a different bolt pattern....

 

ShockwaveCS on vortex wanted the same wheels and had them photoshoped onhis silver TT and they look awefull. [sm=badidea.gif]

 

yeah ive never seen what it would look like in real life or a photoshopped version- its just an idea in my head.

It might work, with different car color, color rims.

 

yeah i dont know if it will work out. it doesnt look great. and yeah maybe with a different color car or something- but i have the same silver so it would basically look exactly like that.
hmmmm... i have to think about that more.
im just a fan of trying to find some cool wheels somewhere in VAGland before going to the aftermarket, so i am still up in the air on what to do. hell i still dont mind the fat 5s, so i guess i can wait a while and figure it out.
