Default Head Bolt Torque?

I thought this would be easy, but there seems to be a lot of conflicting information out there.
I find either 29.5 ft-lbs +90 +90 or 44-34 ft-lb +90 +90. I believe(d) the 29.5 ft lb was correct. I think some sites confuse nm with foot lbs., or they confuse the SOHC with the 20v head.

Anyway, I am putting my head on today and want to get it right - which I believe is 29.5 ft-lb

Would be grateful for confirmation.

BTW hear is a good link: www.torkspec.com/torkspec.aspx. Seems to have everything and be correct.

40nm = 29.5ftlbs

Intake Manifold - 7 ft/lbs
Valve Cover - 10 ft/lbs
main bearings - 65nm + 1/4 turn (stretch bolt)
rod bolts - 30nm + 1/4 turn (stretch bolt)

head bolts - (stretch bolt)
step 1. 40nm
step 2. 1/4 turn
step 3. 1/4 turn
