Default Headrest help

i cant get them out!!!
yes i used the "button on the side... not working
yes i yanked on them (hard)... nope
so now the pass side is sutck in full up and will not go down or come out.

any help?
they need to come out for replacement.

Removing and installing head restraints









–
Carefully prise off cover panel -1- on left and right.









–
Use screwdriver to pull clips -1- on left and right out of head restraint guide -2-.



–
Pull out head restraints.



–
Curved section must face outer side of seat when fitting clip -1-.

Happened to me...just took lots of brute force on button+headrest to get it back down lol
