Default Heated Seat button and rear defrost fell into dash

Hello, I looked around and couldn't find anything that helped me.

I have a 2001 TT Quattro convertable and Today when I pushed the rear defrost and heated seats button they fell into the dash. I didn't even push them that hard! Is there an easy way to remedy this?

Thanks.

You have to pull out your radios head unit to access those buttons. So you r going to have to buy the keys to pull out the head unit. I think 42 draft designs sells them.

That's what I figured. I can then just push them back and snap them into place right?

If I go to like bestbuy and ask them to pop out the HU, would they do that?

Thanks.

who knows if best buy would do that, but do not unplug the radio because it will then not work unless you have the pass code from Audi, as for theft precaution.
I bought the keys online for like $5.00 bucks, stupid little things but they work!
I did the same and had too replace the hazard switch.

Alright, thanks for the heads up. I feel like the security code should be in the manual, at least it was for my passat.

Yeah my code was in my manual. I need to buy those keys just so I have them and don't have to worry about goin up to hope someone else will do it. They would have come in handy a few times.

I have keys that I used for my Passat. I think they look similar to that if not the exact same. But I can't get the damn radio out. It won't pop out.
