Default Help with Airbag coding on 225TT

Airbag module is coded with 10102, which is valid for my module 8N8 909 601. CEL suggests buckles have failed 591/592 (and I get 'module incorrectly coded' - 1044), but testing both buckles using measure blocks VAG function shows them working correctly.

I've read postings for Airbag 8 systems which suggest 00307 should work, but I don't want to disable the module or cause a deployment.....I don't know that my module is an Airbag 8 system.

Any suggestions?

Have you checked the connectors on the bottom of the seats?

Thanks, but yes I have removed the plugs under the seat and reconnected. There was no obvious contamination. It appears that the mechanism is working correctly because VAG com is sensing the belt buckle and changing state.

Do you have seat belt minder? - if so, what is your Airbag coding - you have a 2000MY 180 I believe?.
