I took my headlights out today, obviously jacked up the front end for that.

i put the jack stands on the "rails" I ended up having a hard time getting the one jackstand off.

looks like I dented the under side of the rail (see picture) is this bad?

I did that too when i took my wheels off to do my brakes and headlights. Not as badly dented as that though. I just jack the car up by the rubber pads on the under side and put the jacks stands on the control arms. I personally wouldn't worry about it

i always just use the pinch welds to jack my car up. the jack fits right in there. probably screwing something major up. lol

really? i was always terrified to use the pinch welds I always thought as soon as i lower the jack the welds are gonna give and Im going to have a jack stand through my floor.

Almost every car I see has dents. Don't worry about it.

Get one of these you can jack off the pinch welds all the time without damaging anything.
