Default Help me identify this part!!

I've been searching for 2 weeks online and in a shop book. No luck so far... I ran over a snow (ice bank) by accident last month and I noticed this part hanging under my front bumper after the incident. It could have been there before but I wouldnt have had a reason to look. I've also have had problems with my dash cluster (no surprise there). The cluster sometimes shows no temp then shoots up to normal temp then back down. The cluster will also beep once in a while and the oil can will show up and it will flash in yellow "oil sensor." Here are some pictures.

Looks like the front mount temp sensor. This determins the outside air temp for the computer. Shows up on the center display. Without this working your a/c will not work either.

You can see it just under the crash bar. There is a grey plastic part that holds it up into the center vent

This sensor mounts to a pole. Mine came loose and was dragged along the freeway. Now when I get a car wash it goes crazy and reports temps in the -22 range.
I think this is the part number
22.49 - 1J0 919 379A - Front bumper and grille - Bumper and components - Air temp sensor (front bumper) Not sure if this is the right one for audi tt. I can't find my notes.

My dealership quoted $52 for it but they were able to look it up for me.
