i guess this is the 2.2L version? Dont worry, i plan on TONS of artificial displacement soon enough Take out that V8 you got there.

If you want rwd, shove a 2.7t and make it that way like someone did with their s3 225

Yeah, it'll be a lease on a 2008. 2.2L

I haven't even driven the datsun, so I can't talk too much ****, but if we ever run, you better hope it falls apart at the 60' mark if you want to win.

Seriously, I only did the timing belt kit after I purchased a used TT back in April, 2007.
Until today, no other problems. I have a happy TT.

the soon enough was when i get to slap on either a gt3082r or gt3582r. It will be packing 500whp on pump. That should be enough to keep up.

500 eh?

To modify an old supra quote:

Q: What do a 300, 400, and 500hp TT all have in common?

A: Their 1/4 mile times.

Good luck with traction.

I'll have to speed up my plans if I want to keep up with that build though, I should have no problem with a 400hp TT, but 500 puts it out of my "Run it and see" range.

I plan on running 9" wide wheels that will have some poke w/o spacers daily. SHould be fun. If i have a problem with traction, ill get a bigger turbine housing

Better read the FAQ before they release the hounds on you!

Make me a RWD conversion, I'll keep the TT till I die.
I'm thinking of being buried in mine.
It'll save money on a coffin and it only requires a slightly bigger hole. I might need the hard top mod though.

Alan,

Are you referring to the fact that the TT is a FWD based AWD system?

If you are referring to an existing RWD conversion retaining the 1.8T, please elaborate / link to it.

Sorry, dry humor just doesn'tcome acrosswhen its "posted" sometimes.

Good luck on your RWD dream. Like Jesse says, keep hope alive.
