well I called them, but got put on hold by the system and then sent to an answering machine. I left a message, but if I don't hear back from them today I'm going to charge back the money on my card and report them.

call your cc company or bank and have them issue a charge back. Most will do it if you issue within a reasonable amount of time.

Hosetechniques you have to order a minimum of 10 feet on a lot of things.

No call from hightempsilicone.com today. Looks like I will be calling the bank tomorrow.

I actually found the mini kit from hightempsilicone on eBay under a different seller. Verocious Motorsports or something like that. It was only a dollar or so more too that the one that I had originally ordered. Hopefully it will work out.
