How can I get this part?

Hi,

How would I get this part (broken **** cover) short of paying a dealer an exorbitant amount? I've looked online, no luck, but I don't even know what this part is called. Should I call some junk yards? Any ideas?

The Part # is 8N0819681c. Probably not going to be that expensive from the dealer by the time you pay shipping for online.

I test dorve a car in Cedar Rapids with that exact defect...must be common

VagParts.com has it! Thanks for the link. Anyone happen to know a website in the USA that stocks these parts? I'd prefer to order within my country so shipping is faster and cheaper.
