Default How Do I Clean a MAF?

I see some posts about cleaning the MAF. I've noticed lately that I have a slight hesitation under hard accleration. I wonder if I need to clean the MAF? Some posts have mentioned using alcohol. What kind of alcohol would this be (denatured, isopropyl, or other) and how would one do this? Or are there other ways to clean the MAF or just replace it?

Thanks guys! Everyday I learn something new. I was just thinking of buying a new MAP, but I am going to try this cleaning first. I had no idea that a MAP should be cleaned when the air filter is changed.

Thanks again.
