Default How to - Forge MBC

I got my forge MBC today (http://ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/page...category=Turbo)

The only problem is I'm not exactly sure how to install it. I tried running all the tubing, and removing the N75 completely, but it wont run above 8 lbs boost. I've looked at Cincy's post (http://ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/page...category=Turbo) and am not quite sure what to do. From what it looks like, the intake is still coupled to the N75, but I'm not sure how the boost controller he has hooked up works. I guess I just need to know which tubes to run where. If anyone could give advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Although that was much more insightful than the picture on the website that I didn't post...

What do you do with the stock controller? There is an electrical harness that goes to the stock controller that is not on the Forge MBC. Is it alright to just let this harness sit without the stock controller? Should I leave the stock controller connected to the harness but nothing else and connect the Forge MBC as the picture shows?

I figured by the wording of my first post, someone would have given me some useful information. Cincy, you are usually great with advice, but like I said, my boost controller is different than yours, and posting the picture like I didn't take the time to look for it is not helpful.

Honestly, i hate that mbc and wish ecs would stop selling it so people would stop buying it. You can only adjust the psi to a certain limit (dont remember what, but its low). Ok, this mbc is desinged to sit where your n75 is located. You will have to undo it and and find someplace to tie it off while still plug in electronically. Then you need to clamp the vac lines for the n75 into the mbc and then adjust it from there. It should be unidirectional, but doesnt look that way in the diagram, look for arrows if it as them on the mbc.
