First you have to remove the Bumper Cover w/ Grille clipped into it.

How To Remove Bumper:
Tools: You'll need a ¼" drive ratchet, ¼ drive extension (longer the better), ¼ drive 10mm deep well socket, and T25 Torx bit.
1. First, you have to remove 3-4 Torx head screws from the FRONT of each Wheel Well insert; this will allow you to pull back the insert enough to get a wrench into the wheel wells and behind the bumper.

2. On each side, there are TWO 10mm nuts on long threaded shanks (shank is attached to bumper, and pushed through fender. Remove the top and bottom nut with deep well 10mm socket (you will need a long extension because its about a foot in. If you shine a flashlight into the fwd part of the wheel wells, you'll see the 2 shafts with nuts along the inside of the outer bumper.

3. On the underside of the car in the very front, there are two 10mm bolts that hold the bottom of the bumper to the front end.

4. Pop the hood, and there are another 6 10mm bolts that run left to right along the top of the bumper where the hood latches.

5. After the two nuts on each side have been removed, the two bolts at bottom, and the 6 on top... you can wiggle the bumper assembly and it will slide forward off the car.

Once you have the bumper pulled... you can lay it down (preferably on a blanket to prevent scratching) and look at the inside where the grille latches in. I haven't removed mine... (not the grill anyway. I've pulled the bumper hundreds of times), but I assume that the grille snaps in with little clips/latches like the lower grilles do.

Hope that helps.

Oh...
and I would NOT recommend buying parts (body styling, performance, or otherwise) from eBay unless its a used part bought elsewhere and just resold on eBay.

99% of mods sold on eBay... are NOT fitted correctly, and work half-*** at best.
Unfortunately, many overseas sweatshops and crap make all these one size fits all parts and accessories and they put them on eBay... bad part... is that if you did a search for Honda Civic Grille, or Nissan 350z grille, or Audi TT grille... chances are... 80% of the parts you get on each of those searches... will be exactly the same. These companies put up thousands of the same items on eBay... each posted with different tag words so that they appear to be designed for THAT car... when in actuality they are one size fits all generic parts...

I'm not trying to flame you... or be abrasive or condescending... just letting you know a few things to look out for. We see wayyyy too many people save $50 by getting somethin from eBay instead of a parts dealer... and they end up payin double once they realize it won't fit... and they still end up having to buy the right one.

Just be careful.

Otherwise... I hope the removal instructions help you out man.

Post pics and let us know how it goes.

Well the best way that I know... is preheat your oven to 250*F... and then put one end in the oven and let it sit for about 10 minutes (not hot enough to melt it tho)... pull it out and shape it. put the other end in... then pull it out and shape that end; that oughta help a LITTLE.

As for grilles... here's a few REAL places to get good ones.

theTTshop.com has some decent ones, and LLtek has some good ones too. theTTShop is in the UK... but they have great products and really good support. I live in the US and used to live in Korea, and Ive always received stuff from them quicker than most places in the US. Great product support.

Here're the links to the Grilles sections of each:

theTTShop: Grilles & Body Kits by Designer

LLtek (on LLtek, you'll have to click one of the designers at the bottom and view the available grilles within that page)

I'm sure there're tons of other great places to get TT grilles online, but I can only vouch for the quality of the places I frequent most:
ECS
TTStuff
theTTShop
Integrated Engineering
Kinetic Motorsports
ATP

Ok... first thing first.
The Absynthe I got... was REAL Absynthe bought in Amsterdam... it had the highest wormwood oil content (wormwood oil is the compound that gives Absynthe it's 'Hallucinagenic' properties) available at the places we got it. I was surprised at the taste... it tastes a lot like a combination of Black Sambuca & Green Nyquil (Not a taste thats to my liking). I also got an Absynthe Spoon (its a spoon with holes in it for preparing Absynthe to drink)... Well, I'm not sure if I did it wrong... or maybe we needed to drink alot more... but I did not Hallucinate. Becuse it was the first time anyone had ever drank Absynthe... too many people showed up to drink it; we ended up with like 7 people drinking this 700ml bottle of Absynthe, and only the smallest person in the group (105lb Japanese American girl) said she kind of experienced a mild body trip and extremely poor visual, but I still believe that may have been have imagination.

Ok... on to the second topic. I'm actually impressed. From the daytime photos you've posted, I wouldn't guess it was a generic one size fits all eBay grille. Good Job molding, trimming, and fitting it; it looks great. Did you happen to take any photos during the fab-work? I'd like to get some pointers from you... and you should definitly make a write-up for this project... some type of step by step pictorial DIY write-up.

Good Job

Edit**
The real test though... wait until the sun goes down and take a few night shots with a flash... Real sunlight can wash out flaws; but artificial flash will cast enough shadows to reveal any flaws or unevenness if there is any. regardless of how night shots would come out... I still think it looks great. I would pull the Turbo badge though.... but that's just a matter of taste and opinion...
