I have 00 TT 180hp model, w/ forge007, 3" DP, 3" custom turbo back

exhaust, ECS stg1 clutch kit, motorsports trans mount.

I am planning to get ko04-001, TIP, 380cc or 440cc fuel inj, chip (stg2),

intake. How much out-put do i looking for?

I was thinking about BT, but it is too much trouble + cost too much (I could

buy brand new ride...lol)

So im looking bang for cheap shot

 

I think you need to do some more homework on a BT setup. You are most of the way there expense wise, and could be spending that much more effectively.

 

I don't see why you would need new injectors.

Chip is good, intake doesn't add much power at all.

you have a 180, and I don't think you need a TIP, only the 225 TIP collapses.

Most people will tell you the K04 is a waste of money... it's a gain over the K03 but unless you get the turbo very cheap and install it yourself it's not worth the $.
There are other factors that restrict the performance aside from the turbo, so just slapping on a k04 won't make you a 225.

My guess is with the K04 and chip it's only gonna give you 50 hp... most of that from the chip. but i'm not too confident in that guess and i'll let others chime in.

Its still fairly restrictive. Take a look inside either a 180 or 225 turbo inlet. Theres all sorts of crap inside it.

^ it's funny how impulse will by-pass alot of things.

edit: can't stress this enough but look into the super 60... over the k04....
