between me selling my srt4 with mods in my sig, and buying a 225hp tt, id rather keep it stock as possible maybe chipping. Im in love with my car now, but straight line speed isnt everything. Im wanting style and class also now. I would estimate my car at 280whp and running between hi 12s and low 13s now. Thanks

 

the srt-4 is for a straight line so itll go better for that. the tt is going to corner and do a road course much better. my buddy has an srt4 and he'll take me in a line for the 1/4 i have him off the line w/ the quattro but when we get on a windy road i smoke him hands down.... plus the tt looks better in my mind

If all you care about is going fast, then stick with the srt. but if you want a sporst car, thats what you will get with the TT. The quality and feel of the TT is top of the line, I could never be happy with a FWD when I can have the Quattro. I will admit I am very biased when it comes to cars, Audi has sold me on the product and I will always expect the top of the line for them... after all the car is eliTTe

 

i have had cars from several makes, and am sold on my neon, i hated dodge and more the neon before buying it. I have been treated with much respect from dealers and have had nothing but good luck from my car. Everytime i punch it, i get a smile from ear to ear. But i just know that my car does not have the looks or the feel of what i want to be driving. I remember when the tt was in the making and came out, i wanted it so bad, being 16-17 and knowing that i could not afford it, but now i can. I just dont wanna make a mistake by selling my current love for the car of my dreams. Well besides 6 figure cars and so on

 

my tt, has a borla exhaust system (single pipe) and a chip....and it moves like a rocket.

I'd say I can do quarter mile in the low 15's ... 15.2 ish.


Its its no AMG by any means...but its damn quick. plus it has tons of style.

 

Around here we all SRT4's aka fast neons *skittles* haha

TT isn't a straight line car but the style and class and it's handling more then make up it being a bit slowing then the skittles cars.

I dont want to get cocky, because im not...but with the way my car is preforming right now, i'd put it up against a "skittles" car anyday. And win...id like to think

I would hope you are refering to the corners and so on, when you mean keeping up. I mean my car being quick in a straight line is nothing to be proud of, which is what is making me want an audi so bad. But a 15 sec quarter would be no match what so ever for me. do any of you guys have a link or another thread with pics of your cars? I wouldnt mind taking a look. I really seems like im coming on here to start something. Really I am not like that. I honestly admire your cars more than most other brands besides exotics. I know there are some modded s4s on here that would teach me a thing or two. Its not about that. I just want to learn as much as i can before i trade. Thanks again
