how should I make EIBACH pay?
so, after this nightmare with eibach (having no answer as to why i dont have sway bar mounts on my coilovers) I'm ready to run my complaint up the chain and see what I can get them to reimburse me with. Keep in mind, I did fix the coilover situation but it was a pain in the ***. And it did cost me more $. Should I call the managers boss and tell him to make it right he needs to send me a new eibach sway bar? Any thoughts would be welcome.
They are not going to give you anything. Don't even try.
If they didn't even know what the problem was, how the hell are they going to verify anything. Plus theres a lot of aftermarket parts that suck (body kits that don't fit, bolt on turbo kits, ect), they don't give refunds.

^ but you gotta understand that Eibach is a huge corporation (not a shanty foreign ebay company).
i'm fairly sure the consumer has the upper hand and can be protected by the better business bureau. If Eibach didn't give you the right parts and suggested otherwise, you are entitled for compensation. take it up to the BBB that or a customer service rep/manager @ Eibach

The outcome:
*free spacers front and rear(think I'm gonna go 15mm/20mm)
*free front sway bar(they don't make a rear).
What size front sway should I get?
