I am launching a lawsuit against Audi of America!!!
at least file with national highway safety people and file with audi customer service so you have some paper trail that you made efforts to reconcile should you decide to pursue any legal options
Wow - so the dealer wasnt aware of any recall/lawsuit. So they had me call 1-800-822-AUDI and talk to a guy there. Told him how many people on the forum are having problems and the success stories w/ it being covered for free as well as some apparent suits in the air. And the car goes in 2 weeks for now for free repair O.O - I am shocked lol.

maybe you should've been focusing on maintaining your cars basic components instead of those mods... just my 2 cents there. i wish audi hadnt caved to you

"I wish audi hadn't caved to you" - That's a pretty awful thing to say on a forum that's intended to help people w/ problems they're experiencing w/ their cars. Regardless the # of mods they have done to their car - If the dealer is aware of Mass problems w/ a unit that is Pretty Damn Important why shouldn't they replace it Free of charge?
Caved? Ie: Correcting their error?

ttalms- how can you prevent a gauge cluster from going out by keeping up on basic maintenance? You can't.
I realize you only have 16 posts, but I figure etiquette toward people who are trying to benefit the community was implied. Regardless of who it is, wishing bad things on somebody is an @sshole thing to do.
redsapphire98 may not be the most liked guy on this forum, but saying what you did should make YOU the least liked
