i actually have a local guy on craigslist selling an electropnuematic car lift for $500. All you do is load it onto your garage floor, bolt it down and you're good to go.
sounds too good to be true, so its prolly a pos.

TT. Very easy to carry and push and goes up in just a few pumps. Holds pressure under load very well without leakage and is very low to get even under lowered cars.
There is nothing wrong with the old steel type of jacks. Heck I got 3 or 4 of those rusting away somewhere in the dark corners of my garage. Some lost a wheel or two
and others are just worn out. They are heavy and bulky and the old ones I couldn't get under my TT since they don't go low enough. The choice is yours of course but
in this case you really get what you pay for. I know the smaller of the two aluminum jacks at harbor is only 89 bucks and sometimes 79 bucks when it goes on sale.
yup it was 89 i was gonna get the medium but i needed a tranny jack too so instead of renting one for 40 bucks i bought one for 40 bucks this jack is very high quality even tho its heavier than a b as you can see on page 1 (the pics i poted) its pretty nice and will get the job done and i got a two year warranty so i am happy as a clam!
