FYI - if you see a S2000 on road and he's driving by your side trying to egg you on... and you have a stock TT....dont do it!! this guy comes up to myside... we're both on the highway going about 60... he challenging me... so i take off.... im thinking i got him beat... all of a sudden he zooms right by me with no problem and i could not catch up... that thing was fast...just letting everyone just in case they find themselves in a similar situation. Does anyone have any S2000 kills?

OMG! Were you really going 160mph? Good god, I lost it at 100mph, I would hate to loose it at that speed...wow...you have some balls going that fast.

Yeah, that's his sig. At one point it seems as though he was going that fast. Don't think it was this incident though.

Are you serious? 160mph isn't that fast.

here are my top speeds on the roads

e30 m3 - 145mph
e36 m3 - 155mph
e38 740i - 167mph

Audi TT - 130mph (It wont go faster, what do you have done to yours?)
Mercedes C240 - 126mph

Yamaha R6 - 162mph (I assure you 160mph + on a bike will make even the bravest people shake in there pants.)

hmmm.... now would be a good time to let you guys know i photoshopped that image... i was really going 80 https://www.audiforums.com/micons/m9.gif.... but my top speed in theTT is 120.... im just not crazy enough to take a picture of me doing it.

The fastest I gone is 120mph and I've heard stories about going fast on a crotch rocket. I'd give it a try on a nice straight road but I'm more afraid of getting that felony speeding ticket.

The F20 s2k's have 220 and the F22's have 240hp and with a few less lbs and drivetrain loss at highway speeds, you got worked.

You can't race something with 20hp more, Plus a good amount less drivetrain loss, 9k rpm redline, and 300-400 lbs less weight in it's territory (top end) and expect to win. (Even if it IS a honda...)

If I didn't have to worry about the top getting slashed around hereI'd own an s2000 right now. They are awesome cars.

IMO There are just no good (New) RWD coupes out there.
(Good = sub 3000 Lbs, manual trans, 200+Hp, Not V8)
The only thing that fits inthat category is the Rx-8. They don't thrill me.

This isnt right, both the F20 and F22 have 240hp. The F22 has more torque and 8k rpm redline, where the f20 has a 9k rpm redline, but both have 240hp.
