yea i keep hering bout the TB reset, i need a VAG to do it ... apparantly, my understanding is that the electornic throttle goes out of alignment after years of use, i still need to search it on Tex to see exactly what it is they are talkin about and what is required to have it done.

is it worth it to get a R32 TB? I hear people doing that on some other forums, what is the difference in doing this mod?

For throttle body adaptation just turn the key into the on position (don't turn the car on, or touch the gas peddle).
Shortly after you'll hear a high pitched squeal. Congratulations you've just adapted your throttle body.
If you do have VAG-COM I believe it's channel 109 or 120. It's one of the two that's for sure!

wont fit the stock intake manifold and your not moving nearly enough air for one unless you have atleast a gt30XX turbo. A VR6 TB might give some gains on a 28rs or 2871r. Those you can get a adapterplate for from 034motorsport
