Intake Manifold... Polish or Paint?
I was fixing my bad idle which turned out to be the pre-cat o2 sensor wiggled loose and caused the problem. So while i waited for the exhaust to cool so i could finish up, i started to play with my manifold again. Its got a good start on a polish, but not sure if i want to polish it or crinkle paint it to match the valve cover. Let me know what you think.

Then what's the purpose of this thread? [8D]
I like the polished look so far, you know how I am with the whole sleeper deal.
Also the crinkle black that's on your valve cover would look decent. As long as it's a good paint job.

I know im deleting the vac canister on the 4th cyl. and rerun some vac along with some other stuff. Just want a cleaner look.
Another ? to add in. Should i keep the red cover and trim it at the fuelrail or just eliminate that all together? If kept, it will be paited to match everything else

face it man, we don't have pretty engines. We have pretty engine covers, though!
I can't help but like the silver intake manifold... I have to imagine that if it was a different color, I'd probably paint it silver in the first place... paint the coolant cap, though! silver is good for that
