hey guys slight problem with the car, whenever I decellerate and push the clutch I geta light and a beep, the light looks like a light bulb. I checked all my lights and brake lights are all functional.

anybody experience this before. any help is appreciated

it's the headlight/taillight warning light.

like stated above it does it when coming to a stop, but not when pressing the gas pedal. It pops up as soon as I press the clutch and put the car in first.

 

I got a light a couple times, but my drivers side headlight would go off and then back on. ANother time i found out my license plate light went out and ofcourse, ismacked above it and it came right back on.

 

my guess is a loose connection somewhere. I think I posted this in your vortex thread. Atleast I'm assuming its you in the other thread. If not, weird that 2 diff people are having hte same prob at the same time.

 

my drivers side headlight has the works/doesn't work issue.

usually if i just turn the car off and back on, it works just fine.

 

no that wasn't me, but all the light are functional. I'll have to check the connections to the lights.


any way to turn off the beeping when the light turns on?

 

I understand that you think all your lights are functional when you get out of the car and look... but when you're actually slowing down and depressing clutch it may not be working.
