2.25 piping and a correctly sized core.

I refuse to use ebay cores like they do. I actually have an old ebay core thats denser than theirs. I will also be using hardpipes. Also i wont be adding the massive amounts of piping on the 180 kits. All will come with appropriate size piping and core. There will be a stock to mild kit and a high hp kit. The mild kit will be perfect for those with stock to gt28rs/t3s60 and thehigh hpkit will be for a gt2871r-gt3082r. These cores will cool far better and only see a couple deg increase when in boost.

cost are not done yet but will be not much more for the stock and a few hundred more for the high hp kit.
Sweet put me down for the first one!

If you don't mind hacking up your front bumper you could go with a boostfactory smic.

I got a little too liberal with my cutting and ending up cutting a little more than needed. I can take pictures if you'd like.

Here's from the bottom. This was unavoidable. The intercooler hung too low.

A lot of the cuts made in this photo would be avoidable. I was able to push the intercooler farther back by cutting off some of the metal where the intercooler bolts on. I also shortened the tabs on the intercooler itself. So this part looks worse than it should be. I'm hoping I'll be able to find an aftermarket bumper that would accomodate this IC a little better. It was 80 degrees the other day though and after 45 minutes of driving the intercooler was still cool to the touch.

Again, do you think before posting? A tCarbon kit on a 180 is crap. Not to mention that the BFSMIC will cool and flow better than a tCarbon ic setup. The BFSMIC can run up to a gt2871r and a tCarbon can barely handle a ko4. So PLEASE know what the hell you are talking about before posting.

My bumper was already crap anyways. Cracking, chipping, scratched, etc.

And the tcarbon fmic sucks ***. BF claims their SMIC is good to 400whp. I plan on around 350whp after my engine rebuid so this IC will do the job for less than half the price of the other comparable IC's.
