When doing a new head on my tt I dropped the coolant res on the ground. I filled it with water but no leaks at that time

Fast forward 5 months Iam losing coolant it’s seams to be flowing down the body rail

But not dripping on ground

Does not over heat just coolant light comes on.
No coolant in oil no white smoke.

the only thing I can think of is the coolant res
