Default loss of boost, help

I am having trouble with no boost pressure. Im only getting about 4 psi boost. I have check hoses in the engine and all look to be connected. Here is what happened, I had my turbo checked out and then put back on. All was good for about a half day and then all of a sudden no boost. The car feels like Im driving a TT with no turbo, it still drives ok and accelerates fine like a normal car but no turbo kick in at higher rpms. Ive got the boost guage and it doesnt even go to 5 psi even if I adjust my manual boost controller. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Sounds like your wastegate is stuck open or one of the vacuum lines running to the N75 valve is disconnected. You should also check to be certain that the vacuum lines running between the turbo, wastegate, N75 Valve and inlet are correctly routed.

I will have to see about the waste gate. I am by passing the N75 vlave right now cuz I have a boost controller. Is there any special way of checking the waste gate?

I don't think you can check it without pulling the turbo again.

Well I have been trying some wd40 on the waste gate to see if that would loosen it up, nothing yet. I am going to see if I can get it up on a rack and see if I can reach the gate and try tapping it with a small hammer. Anyone else have any suggestions?
