no, we are all being stupid. no 4cyl is a twin turbo.

TT stands for "Tiny Turbo" that is what I tell everyone!

ya the 4 bangers wouldnt handle 2 turbos too well. it *might* be possible but i think NOT. go with the 04-05 TTs 3.2 engine and HPA motorsports has a nasty twin conversion for that motor....still nothing feels like one big Turbo....my buddy's supra feels so much better after he put his car in TTC mode(true twin conversion) means both turbos are hitting at the same time instead of different RPMs feels like a nice single turbo.

 

the supra turbos are the same size and sequential... think about that for a min!


ya done? Yeah doesnt make sense to me either. Makes real twin or large singles much more attractive i must say.

 

yeah they are a bitch to troubleshoot.....i have never seen so many vac hoses and lines. crazy...people put it in TTC mode to make sure the turbos are working fine(even tho it puts more wear on them in TTC mode) and also the feel of a single!
