Did you ever solve this problem? I have the same car and the same error code. I had Autozone read it, so I don't have any performance numbers. I have an OBD-2 reader, but I don't know if I can get any more info from it...I'll have to check.

I had the same issue a year or so ago and used some MF cleaner. It seemed to work, but here I am again. I only drive the TT in the summer, so this was probably ~1500 miles age.
