Default Many Questions on a "setup"

I know this has been asked alot of times before becauseI havesearched and find it asked numerous times but no real answer...I am trying to figure out a "mod plan" for my tt...I dont plan on upgrading the turbo or any othermajor componets...

1) Tcarbon FMIChttp://www.tcarbon.com/product_info....roducts_id=318

2) Forge DV http://www.ttstuff.com/Merchant2/mer...e=FMDVSPLTR-BK
http://www.ttstuff.com/Merchant2/mer...t_Code=FMDVTUN

3) APR TUNE (chip) 4 programs http://www.goapr.com/Audi/products/ecu_upgrade_tt.html

4) Apexi Electronic Boost controller http://www.optionimports.com/aaviibocolie.html

5) Greddy Turbo Timer http://www.optionimports.com/newstylturti.html

6) Apexi AFC neo fuel computer http://www.optionimports.com/aafcneofuco.html

7) Cone Filter and extension on MAF

8) Hoses http://www.ttstuff.com/Merchant2/mer...ode=FMTK008-RDand all the other misc ones not that it will gain performance but...

9) Full Exhaust system http://www.goapr.com/Audi/products/a...ust_3intt.html

10)???? will i see any gains with the Forge 225 DV Relocation Kit http://www.ttstuff.com/Merchant2/mer...=FM225DVRLK-RD

That is basically what i plan to do along with wheels and brakes...anyways my question is could some one give me advice on the stuff i selected...What amount of hp will i expect to be at just an estimate...Will I need anything else or want anything else...

I forgot to mention I will be turning the boost upwards around 18-20psi on the stock turbo with the above mods....also what does a pure stock 225 turbo prodduce in its stock form 10psi? oh yea add a couple guages to that list to...boost...

sounds like a good plan to me, i would personaly go to 42 drafts and pick up a downpipe for 600 and get a blueflame or borla for 600 and only spend 1200 and get just as much performance.

Why #6?

The AFC looks pointless to me.
Unless your TT has Vtec?

1. I hope thats not the official order.
2. You dont need a turbo timer.
3. The chip upgrade will set your boost between 18-22psi without the boost controller.

1) Tcarbon FMICThats fine

2) Forge DV Fine

3) APR TUNE (chip) 4 programs Why in the hell would you need 4 programs? All you need is one.

4) Apexi Electronic Boost controller Overkill for just a stock turbo, might want to consider and nicer end mbc

5) Greddy Turbo Timer Not really needed, but thats your call. Giving the turbo ~15sec rest after stopping will suffice

6) Apexi AFC neo fuel computer Nope, waste of money. The ecu will change the settings. Just get a ross-tech vagcom cable and tune it the right way.

7) Cone Filter and extension on MAF go here click, either get the hole setup, of do one better and get a AEM dryflow filter to go with it. The maf will thank you (plus it costs and flows about the same)

8) Hoses http://www.ttstuff.com/Merchant2/mer...ode=FMTK008-RDand all the other misc ones not that it will gain performance but... Thats your call

9) Full Exhaust system Thats pricey, a 42dd and blueflame will give equal gains and cost about $1k less

10)???? will i see any gains with the Forge 225 DV Relocation Kithp/tq = no. Butwill offer faster respools and prevent surge better.

That is basically what i plan to do along with wheels and brakes...anyways my question is could some one give me advice on the stuff i selected...What amount of hp will i expect to be at just an estimate...Will I need anything else or want anything else...

With everything above, expect 210-215awhp and 250ish tq.

chipp is like 21-22psi for a 225. Thought you said you didnt want a bigger turbo? But that is the route i have taken and have no regretes whatsoever

there is the atp eliminators, but they suck and i would rather have a ko4-20 instead. If you want some power, you need to change the whole turbo system.
