Default MJM Slow Order Processing

My biggest concern when ordering anything on line is turnaround time. Time between placing the order - processing - shipping and receiving.I hate to wait. I placed an order for an "in-stock" item with MJM on Tuesday. I had unrealistic hope of doing the project over the weekend. Follow up late Friday afternoon determined that my suspension parts haven't even shipped yet. [:@] Now, even if the product ships Monday, I will be lucky to receive it by next Thursday. 9 days. The web sit claims 5-7 days, but says you will likely receive your item sooner. I know a lot of you on this site use MJM, and I was looking for feedback on their over-all processing time, because so far they are the slowest for TT parts I have used.

I ordered Koni's earlier this week from MJM and they are delayed too, won't even ship until late next week.

MJM has great prices.

what they lack is proper email communication and delivery time.

everything i have ordered from them has taken a while, but then again i always use their "free shipping", which is the slowest possible shipping available.

but i do like the prices, free shipping, and no tax!

I got Forge BOV quick. I guess it just depends how busy they are. Free shipping and no tax is nice. Low prices too, best around

I seem to remember them taking a week or so to mail out my order, they shippped my sways pretty quick, but the dampers & springs took like 2 weeks to get to me [:'(]but yeah, i guess when you are looking for lowest price and free shipping, might have to make some concessions on processing speed.

Had a terrible experience with them... sent the wrong brake pads, couldn't get the right ones, sent them back, never got the refund, had to have my bank threaten them to give me my money back... and they never answer emails and it's 50/50 on the phone thing.

Placing an order on their web site sucks. Try to find your state from a list of every state in the world on the dropdown menu.

Order Update: Received info that my order, placed Tues, May 13, is now in transit from LA. Scheduled to arrive Fri, May 23. A 10 day wait for an "in stock" item. I don't believe that these guy actually have any inventory. They just place your order with someone else after receiving it. In my case this took 7 days. Make your own determination if saving a few dollars and "free shipping" is worth the wait for you.
