Default Modshack Stage 3

Ok tomorrow, my stage 2 and 3 will be delivered from schwing! I know with the question I'm asking you can just tell me to go to his website or search. Well I already did that! I just wanna know if anybody who has installed these if you have any pointers or tips? I've read to drive around a while before doing any kind of adjusting with the boost machine but can I still install the BM and **** together and just wait for a while for my car to get used to it? Or should I install the ****(with 4bar fpr of course) and drive around for a while and THAN put on my BM? Any help would be awesome. Thanks

Go ahead and install everything. With the BM valves turned off it's just as if it wasn't there anyway.

i had the same question.....heres what to do.....install both leave the onset(left valve) shut open the right valve(boost) about 3.5 turns drive around for about 50miles or so see where you are boosting. then make fine adjustments like .5 turn at a time. once you get the boost where you want it turn the left valve(onset) almost 1 turn or untill you feel it start to snug up. mine is set onset = half turn and boost = 5.5 turns this gives me 20psi and very smooth

Thanks! Is that 20psi peak or steady? It says on schwings site that the225 with a giac chip programis best in between 22-24, is that a peak or is that a steady psi?

I'll give that a try. I don't drive too much so it may take a day or two for my car to adjust. Thanks A lot!

Ok, I installed my stage 2 and 3 at the same time. While my boost is lower right now(letting my car adjust) it is WAY smoother! I went with 3 turns on the regulator **** for now and i'm only at around 15psi as opposed to my 20 from before. I'll drive around for a little bit more and than turn it up a little. But the smoothness of my boost itself is worth it. My GIAC flash was kind of jumpy, not very smooth at all, powerfull, but it was very touchy and jumpy. Now its not jumpy at all. I'll fine tune it this weekend and repost.

Same here, I run about 20psi steady, with Giac software. Runs very smoothly unlike before where it was choppy. I am happy and very pleased with everything. Mine is 5.5turns and onset is about a half a turn.

I drove around to let my car adjust last night. I'll try turning mine up at lunch today, see how that turns out!
