okay, i know what your thinking.. there's no way . i swear ive got more power when i turn my ac on. i konw it sounds contrary to what we all know about the subject. i think audi has a trick of turning up (slightly) the boost, when the ac is on. im not crazy! any of you tech guys have any input on this? once i get my liquidtt i will know for sure cant f'ing wait!

 

I posted on this same thing a few months back and I actually did have more boost with the AC on and it felt faster

 

i remember your post. its a pretty cool idea. im interested in seeing what the difference in boost is? just a better way for me to burn gas. i cant keep my foot off the loud pedal as it is. now im gonna be driving like a d!ck with the ac on full blast.lol i love it!

 

My car is noticeably slower with the AC on, and idles a bit rough also

 

tai, do you have any boost/vac leaks? or a gauge to see if it does effect your psi?

 

The AC on will put more load on your engine. LOAD = TURBO spool. You do feel additional power, but only because it comes on sooner with the AC on than when the AC is off.

The big picture = less HP.

Route your dash vents to blow on the intercooler, SUPER TURBO FAST CAR.......

 

Would that work for all years for the TT
