Hi, im in the process of purchasing a 2003 tip TT.
ive been driving a leased A4 that my brother is taking over. i want the freedom to mod my own car.
Any suggestions for cosmetic changes?
The car is Silver/Black.
Of course im doing a APR chip right away, but i also am concerned with the look of the car.

 

Concerned with the look? These cars are beautiful. I've never driven anything that got so much attention/praise in stock trim.

Can you chip a Tip?
I thought for some reason it only worked well on manual transmission...

 

Chipping works best on most turbos whether manual or tiptronic. It has a much smaller effect on the naturally aspirated cars like the 3.2.

 

*concerned with the look of the car* Thats gotta be the first time i've ever heard someone say that. Coming from a very square 4door car like the A4 suprsied your not going crazy for the TT's smooth lines.

 

concern meaning attention towards mods. not really concerned as in worried lol. i love the shape.

 

I think all the body needs is a Caractere grille, smoked tails, and the 3.2 rear trim, the riso smoked corners are a killer too. Oh! dont forget to drop it

 

Here dropping is bad you'll get stuck in the snow and on top of that you'll rip your nose off on every other driveway. haha
