what the hell is this pipe? i saw it while i was changing the oil today and its not connected to anything...

 

It links the SMIC's on the 225. On the 180, it's just a brace.

 

Its a wasted peice on the 180. Basically he just added another 7ft of piping to his ic setup [:'(]

 

It's great for catching oil from the oil filter on the 180!

 

lol...i had to pull the filter out from the top cause i was tired of trying to figure out how to get the filter out with that brace in the way.

 

I figured it out!! There is a line that bends out of the way so you can drop the oil filter right through.... i figured this out after i leaked all the oil out of the filter onto my arm and other engine parts. what is SMIC?
