Pretty easy there, the stage 2 and 3 of modshack work best with a chip. Chip it its the best bang for your buck, and the exhasut well the DP only works well after you have done the cat-back, Chip it then the catback, throw the DP on there and then shoot for the stage 2 and 3. That my .02
I have an intake and boost gauge like yourself and my next step is GIAC. Actually, my car is at the shop now because after trying to flash the ECU it is completely dead so they're having to send the chip off. Hope to have it back Thursday night.
While not fun.. I'd say the timing belt. I just got mine done last week, my car was making a strange noise so I took it in to the shop.. and that belt was almost gone. If that sucker would have snapped... I'd be turnng tricks on sepulveda blvd.. now thats something nobody wants to see.[:'(] How many miles are you at?
If not too many... then I'd say chip it, and diverter valve it. 225tt has a good sequence that I plan on following in that order.

I only have 40k miles on it. And i totally forgot that i had already put a forge 007 on. Maybe I should get a check up on my whole car, i know some guys who own their own shops that will tell me if my belts about to snap.
I do agree, the timing belt needs to be the first priority like in the FAQ I stated that you need to make sure that you engine and car are in good running order before you mod it, or else you are going to be spending alot more time in the shop than what you want to. And the "stealership" is going to take advantage of you. Good luck.
