Default Need advice on buying 2008 TT Coupe

Noob here, tried using search function before making this post but didn't find what I was looking for. I am thinking about buying a used 2008 TT coupe and was wondering about it's reliability. I've read a lot about the earlier model TT problems, maintenance issues, recalls, timing belt issues, gauge clusters, etc. Seems like the older ones have tons of issues. I like the styling of the 2006 and earlier, but do not want to get a car that will be in the shop all the time. So, I started looking at the 2008. I have a few in my area with between 30K-50K miles on them in great condition. What should I be looking for? What does consumer reports say about the 2008? 2.0 or the 3.2? Quattro or no quattro? Any advice and insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I own a 2005 3.2 V6 so I am obviously going to be biased, however I have driven a 225 TT and honestly there is no comparison. Yes the turbo may handle a bit better because it is lighter in the front with the smaller motor, but the difference in power delivery with the V6 and the sheer joy of the sound of that V6 motor will have you shutting off your sound system and just enjoying the car!
