Default Need a HUGE!!! favor from a 3.2 TT owner

I did a 2004 TT 3.2 L swap into my MK2 recently. It was out of a DSG car. I am having painful difficulty getting the car out of limp mode because of fault codes coming up for the DSG tranny which is no longer connected. I want to flash my ecu with a 6spd program but need the cluster and ecu coding sequence from a 6spd car to do so. Could anyone with a 3.2 6spd and access to a Vag Com get this coding for me? I know it might be a lot to ask but I am at my wits end with the car right now. I'm so close to finishing it. I just want to see it run properly.

Thank you so much.

Jeramiah

yes the car is running the TT ecu and cluster. I have been told that I can reflash the ecu with a 6spd program but I need the coding sequence for the programs in order to do it.

I know there were 6spd versions of the 3.2 in Europe. Anyone from across the pond in here?

<---3.2 owner but I dont have the means to check the codes for you. Not sure if this matters, but my 3.2L was purchased while I was stationed in Germany so a lot of the specs are still European (no speed limiter, launch control, etc...) If I knew someone around here with the computer, I'd get that info for ya.

WHOAH!!!!!!!! Hey is there any chance of you coming to Colorado Springs for Dubs Along the Rockies June 24-25 ??? I am making the treck with my car all the way from Prince Albert Saskatchewan Canada to attend the show. There are going to be plenty of chip tuners and laptops avail to do stuff. If you were maybe planning to attend the show I could get that info from your car right there. If not if you happen to know someone with the know how to work a Vag Com and get info from the car, PLEASE!!!!!!!! I'm begging you. If it's not an inconvienience.

I really wish I could, unfortunately I'll be gone for training during that time. I leave Jun 19 for 2 weeks. Then another 2 wks in Jul. I deploy for Iraq in Aug for 6-8 Months. I'm USAF EOD (Bomb Squad). Wish me luck. Can't say I'll promise, but the Audi Dealership here in Utah is pretty sweet, I'll ask if they'll run the codes. Like I said don't hold me to it, trying to spend as much time with my family as I can before I leave.

Hey I understand. Family is #1. I recently lost my Grandma to cancer so I know how precious family can be. Good luck, come home safe. If you happen to get to the dealer, great, if not I'll be having a think tank session with some companies at the show.

Cheers

Thanks. I have to run to the dealer soon (need to pick up some coolant). I'll ask em when I'm there. Really wish I could make it up to CO Springs. I have family there. Hey, I MIGHT know some one you can ask though. Go to hpamotorsports.com and shoot them an e-mail. They do A LOT of moding to VR6 engine for both TTs and VWs. Cya around.
