Default Need new brake pads!

considering my life is important, thinking of changing my brake pads.
Which brands should I go for? Which one gives me the most value for my $$?
tough times with my wallet if you know what I mean.

Thx in advance

For the street I prefer Hawk HPS. Decently aggressive, not too noisy and lower dust than stock.

Im currently running Ferodo pads, also somewhat aggressive, low dust, and the only noise i get is under very light braking at very low speeds. You almost have to try to make them make noise. Got mine from raceshopper.com. Call/email for a quote, they won't post their prices. You'd want the DS2500 pads.

I have a friend who is a professional rally driver in Turkey, and he swears by them, and thats what the Subaru rally team up the road uses (Pastrana/Block's cars). Proof enough for me that they won't let you down.

I got my 'Hawk Performance Ceramic' pads from TireRack back in November and I really like them. Great stopping power, low noise, and the best part... almost no brake dust!

Alan, I use EBC greenstuff on my wife's BMW 745li (i know...not fair). They claim less brake dust but the rims are always black from the dust...avoid.

stoptech front slotted rotors with hawk pads.

hawk pads are pretty clean with the dust issue

but i rarely brake hard so i get quite a bit of squeak and squeal when lightly tapping on the brake while slowing down i think less than 25mph.
